Stabilization Support Services bases its activities on approved and implemented into the work processes of the organization Code of Ethics — http://radnyk.org/hto-mi/kodeks-etiki-ta-povedinki/ that clearly defines the main values of the organization (for instance, responsibility, serving the society, gender sensitive approach, religious freedom etc.), fundamental principles of activity of the organization (for instance, non-profitness, non-governmentness, independence, self-governance, and others) and guidelines (conflict sensitivity, confidentiality, and the others). Gender policy (http://en.radnyk.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/SSS-gender-policy.docx) is one of the basic components that the activities of the organization are based on. Gender inequality is a fundamental reason for poverty, instability, discrimination, and violence. And countering this inequality, as well as other forms of discrimination, gender sensitive program and project planning, and empowering girls and women in the society are cornerstones in Stabilization Support Services policies.
Political neutrality (http://en.radnyk.org/news/statement-of-political-neutrality/) is one of the main principles of our organization. The political neutrality policy (http://en.radnyk.org/news/political-neutrality-policy/) set requirements that establish the standards of political neutrality of the Charitable Foundation “Charitable Fund” Stabilization Support Services”, the Liaison Officer (RADNYK) Programme, their employees and contractors.
The safety and security of our contractors, employees and field teams are a key responsibility of our organisation. Thus, SSS security policy (http://en.radnyk.org/doc/SSS-Security-Policy.pdf) was developed and adopted in order to increase the security awareness of all contractors, employees and field teams involved.
