Liaison Officers

Radnyks on IDPs are experts on protecting the rights and interests of the citizens of Ukraine who were affected by the war and occupation. Among the 25 radnyks who are providing assistance in all regions of the country, there are experienced lawyers, human rights advocates, attorneys, and experts with experience of working in governmental and non-governmental organizations. The radnyk’s personal page that you can find here has a phone number and an email that you can use to ask them for a consultation at a convenient time. More details about the work of the radnyks are available in the program’s reports — http://en.radnyk.org/report/

“Radnyk on IDPs program is unique in providing expert support for public officials who are addressing IDP problems in Ukraine. We are trying to create a system that will be friendly and effective for solving the problems of IDPs, and at the same time our work is not replacing the work of corresponding state bodies,” Valeriya Vershynina, Radnyk on IDPs Program Manager.
